Pickled lobster roast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g roast pork (Lummer)
  • e.g. mustard (lion mustard)
  • n. B. Seasoning mix for steaks
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest period approx. 3 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 3 days 1 hour 5 minutes

Brush the lobster roast all over with mustard and then sprinkle with steak seasoning. Pour some of the paprika sauce into a small casserole dish (preferably a square aluminum dish from a butcher) and place the meat on top. Cover with the remaining sauce. Let the roast rest in the refrigerator for 3 days. Then roast in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 1 hour (depending on the thickness of the meat). Serve with pasta or rice and a fresh salad. Tip: This is also an ideal recipe for parties, as it’s easy to prepare.
