Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
- 1 vanilla sugar
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 m.-sized apples
- 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla), from Natreen
- 500 ml apple juice
- 150 ml cream substitute (Leha whipped cream)
- sweetener
- Cinnamon

Mix the ingredients for the base together and then pour the batter into a prepared 26cm springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10-15 minutes. Grate the apples. Bring 300ml of apple juice to a boil. Mix the custard powder with the remaining juice. Add to the boiling apple juice and mix well (careful: risk of lumps!). Immediately add the apples to the mixture and sweeten to taste. Spread the apple mixture over the cooled base and allow to cool. Whip the cream substitute until stiff and spread over the cake. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve. 2.5 p.m. per cake.
