Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- ¼ liter of oil
- ¼ liter eggnog
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased Bundt pan. I can’t say exactly how long it will take, but I always do a skewer test after about an hour.
