  • 75 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ajvar
  • 1 tbsp jelly (raspberry)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

Peel the garlic clove and chop very finely. Mix all ingredients vigorously in a shaker. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a day to allow the flavor to develop. This delicious dressing makes even a simple salad taste wonderfully refreshing. You can make it ahead of time.
