Roros Strawberry Sundae 'Special'

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g strawberries, aromatic
  • 200 ml whipped cream, whipped
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • e.g. sugar or sweetener
  • 2 cl Martini, more to taste
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream
  • some strawberries and mint leaves for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with marinated strawberries

Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Marinate them in a bowl with a little sugar and lemon juice. Once they’ve released some juice, add the martini and mix well. First, divide the strawberries and their sauce between two tall glasses, then top each with a scoop of strawberry ice cream and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with whipped cream. Decorate with strawberries and mint leaves.
