It’s quick, tastes great, a recipe from Grandma

Knead the first 6 ingredients into a dough. Grease and flour a 28cm springform pan thoroughly. Press 2/3 of the dough (reserve 1/3 for the crumble topping) into the pan, forming a rim about 2cm high. Chill for 1 hour. Then mix the filling ingredients and pour into the pan, smoothing it out. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the quark mixture and bake in a preheated oven (150°C fan-assisted or 170°C top/bottom heat) for about 50-60 minutes. Do not slice the cake until it has cooled completely.
