Shrimp in garlic sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 16 king prawns
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ red chili pepper(s)
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, flat, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Deseed the chili pepper and slice it into thin rings. Sauté the garlic and chili in oil. Then add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the lemon juice and cook briefly. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
