Spinach salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the fresh spinach and remove any coarse stems. Tear any large leaves into small pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce and pour over the salad. Stir through and serve immediately. It tastes great with a barbecue. A different way to enjoy spinach.
