Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water (salt water)
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil the potatoes, cut into small cubes, in salted water. Whisk the sour cream with the flour and carefully pour it into the potato/salted water. Stir immediately. Slide 4 raw eggs into the soup and let them cook until tender.
