Spaghetti with balsamic vinegar

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 180 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Boil the balsamic vinegar in a saucepan until syrupy. Then combine with olive oil and freeze for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Then drain. Finely chop the chili and roast it in a pan with a little olive oil. Add the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Divide the pasta among bowls and drizzle with the cold balsamic vinegar.
