Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 melon(s) (cantaloupe or net melon)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 200 g Parma ham
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper, white
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce, then cut it into wide strips. Halve the melon and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Use a melon baller to scoop out small balls or cut the melon into cubes. Wash, trim, and slice the peppers. Tear the ham into pieces by hand. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. For the dressing, mix all ingredients together and pour over the salad, gently tossing to combine. An ideal summer salad, very refreshing.
