Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pears, juicy, ripe (butter pears)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g blackberries (from the jar)
- 1 tbsp liqueur (blackberry liqueur)
- 200 g mascarpone
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the pears, halve them, and core them. Then drizzle the halves with lemon juice. Place the pears on four plates. Drain the blackberries, reserving the juice. Mix four tablespoons of blackberry juice with the liqueur and mascarpone, carefully fold in the blackberries, and pour over the pear halves.
