Potatoes with feta cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes (preferably waxy)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy potato dish

Boil the potatoes in their skins. Coarsely grate the feta cheese. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Peel the potatoes while they’re still hot and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Sprinkle the feta cheese over them, then top with the parsley and chives. Serve well with tomato salad or a green salad.
