Gnocchi with garlic cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of gnocchi (dry assortment)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • basil
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • oregano
  • Pizza spice mix
  • Fondor

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quite high in calories, but super tasty

Peel and dice the onions, then fry them in hot olive oil until translucent. Peel and mince the garlic, then add it. Add the cream and milk. Add enough Parmesan cheese to make a smooth sauce. Season to taste. Now add the gnocchi directly to the sauce—but DO NOT cook them first—and let them simmer for about 10 minutes. Served with a tomato and mozzarella salad, this dish is a dream.
