Simple bouillon potatoes with cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated (Gouda or Emmental)
  • 2 tsp broth, granulated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into eighths. Place the potato pieces in a pot, just cover with water, and sprinkle with the instant broth. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. The water should reduce by about half during the boil. When the potatoes are tender, carefully stir in the cream cheese and grated cheese and serve.
