Apricot – Yogurt – Chocolate Crossies – Layered Dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml natural yogurt
  • 1 can apricot(s), sweetened
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of confectionery (Chocolate Crossies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without cream

Stir the natural yogurt with the vanilla sugar until smooth. Drain the juice from the apricots. Puree the apricots, except for a few for decoration, with a hand blender. Pour a layer of apricot puree into the prepared glasses, then pour in another layer of yogurt. Place a large chocolate crossie in the center of the yogurt layer and cover it with the next layer of apricot puree. Continue layering until all is used up. Finally, place a chocolate crossie and a piece of apricot on top as decoration. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
