Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- Salt and pepper, Maggi
- 1 cup sour cream
- ⅛ liter milk
- ⅛ liter mineral water
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Flour, enough to make a nice pancake batter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring water with salt, caraway seeds, and garlic to a boil. Combine sour cream with flour and 3 tablespoons of water, whisk into the soup, and season with salt, pepper, and Maggi. Bake pancakes, cut into thin strips, and serve as a soup garnish.
