Cream soup with fritters

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt and pepper, Maggi
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅛ liter milk
  • ⅛ liter mineral water
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Flour, enough to make a nice pancake batter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bring water with salt, caraway seeds, and garlic to a boil. Combine sour cream with flour and 3 tablespoons of water, whisk into the soup, and season with salt, pepper, and Maggi. Bake pancakes, cut into thin strips, and serve as a soup garnish.
