Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g coconut butter
- 200 g cream
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar

quick to make and really tasty
Heat the cream, coconut butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a small saucepan until melted. Stir 100g of the desiccated coconut into the hot mixture. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil or cling film and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate overnight. The mixture should be firm but easy to slice. Remove the coconut mixture from the loaf pan and cut into squares. Carefully roll each square in the remaining desiccated coconut. Store in the refrigerator.
