Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of sardines (oil sardines)
- 2 tbsp mustard (tarragon mustard)
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 small onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 gherkins, finely chopped
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- some lemon juice
- 1 class bunch of parsley, chopped
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mash the sardines in oil thoroughly with a fork, place them in a bowl, and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Let stand for about 1 hour, then serve as a spread.
