Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g ice cream of your choice
  • 190 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g chocolate drops

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Easily turn your favorite ice cream into muffins for dessert

Melt the ice cream slightly and mix it with the flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into small baking molds and bake for about 20 minutes at 150°C (convection oven, preheated).
