Ingredients for 24 servings:

  • 125 g flour (rice flour)
  • 125 g cornstarch
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml oil
  • 250 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 250 g powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

gluten-free

Mix all ingredients together well until the batter bubbles. Then pour into muffin tins and bake at 160°C (convection oven, not preheated) for about 20 minutes.
