Quark cream with chocolate and espresso

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream), chocolate
  • 2 bags of espresso powder, 1.8 g each, instant
  • 75 g powdered sugar
  • e.g. mocha beans (chocolate decoration)

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and whisk with a hand mixer for 3-5 minutes. Transfer the custard to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe into dessert bowls. Decorate with mocha beans. Serve the dessert cold.
