Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 stalk(s) Confectionery (Giotto)
  • some milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 6 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Set aside 1 Giotto stick. Place the remaining 4 in a bowl and crush the Giotto balls very finely with a fork. Add a little milk and cream to create a not-too-runny mixture. Then stir in the vanilla sugar and fold in the quark. Serve on dessert plates and garnish with a few Giotto balls.
