Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter / margarine (liquid)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt
  • semolina
  • broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the egg and butter in a bowl. Add salt and nutmeg. Stir in the semolina with a fork until a dough forms. Bring the broth to a boil and let it simmer. Using a teaspoon, scoop out “dumplings” from the dough and place them in the broth. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes, then enjoy.
