Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, white
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 15 g butter
  • n. E. Cranberries, dried
  • e.g. pumpkin seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roast and then chop the pumpkin seeds. Chop the cranberries. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a double boiler. Beat the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar until creamy, then stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Fold in the pumpkin seeds and cranberries. Pour into a glass jar and let cool. This batch is enough for 1-2 jars, depending on their size.
