Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g fat
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
- 200 g sugar, fine
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 lemon(s), (peel)
- 750 g quark
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites

easy to make and of course incredibly delicious!
Shortcrust pastry: Knead the first 6 ingredients into a shortcrust pastry and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight. Topping: Mix the custard powder with 2/3 of the sugar and 1/4 liter of milk. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, stir in the mixed custard powder, and bring to a boil briefly. Stir in the lemon zest, quark, and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Pour the mixture into the shortcrust pastry-lined dish and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 175 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
