Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slice(s) pork (boneless)
- 300 g onion(s), peeled
- 400 g lettuce (white cabbage salad)
- Salt
- pepper
- Mustard
- Thyme
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pound the pork loin slices, season with salt and pepper, and spread with mustard. Mix the sliced onion with the white cabbage salad and season with marjoram and thyme. Place this mixture on the meat slices and wrap each one individually in aluminum foil. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes. Then arrange on a platter and carve at the table. Serve with warm bacon salad and raw vegetable salads.
