  • 1 thick mango(s)
  • 2 m.-sized kiwi(s)
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 200 g leaf spinach, cleaned
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 handful of ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Kiwi-Mango-Leaf Spinach Smoothie

Peel and core all the fruit. Blend with the remaining ingredients in a blender and pour into jars.
