Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), the pulp or 1 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

sweet version

Combine the flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla seeds in a bowl and mix until dry. Add the eggs and knead thoroughly into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Then, use to make tagliatelle or ravioli. Since this sweet chocolate dough has a rather bitter aftertaste, it pairs well with sweet sauces.
