Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g plums
- 0.2 liters of water
- 150 g sugar
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 4 cl plum brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 20 minutes
Boil the plums with water, sugar, and the cinnamon stick and let cool. Then pit the plums. Blend with the liquid and strain through a sieve. Add the plum brandy and freeze the mixture in the refrigerator.
