Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 300 g sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground.
  • 3 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp clove(s), ground.
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 150 ml butter, melted
  • 100 g candied lemon
  • 100 g candied orange peel
  • 1 pack of cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a mixer. Pour the batter onto a greased rectangular baking sheet (approx. 25×32 cm) and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C. Spread the icing over the cooled cake and cut into slices.
