Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken legs
- salt and pepper
- butter
- 500 g apples
- ¼ liter apple juice
- cornstarch
- sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the legs, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and brown in butter over high heat. Peel and slice the apples, and add them. Deglaze with the apple juice. Cover and braise in the oven at 250°C for about 35 minutes. Thicken the stock with a little cornstarch and refine with cream.
