Chicken breast fillet topped with tomato and mozzarella

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 4 tomatoes (depending on size)
  • 2 mozzarella, 1 cup of sour cream
  • basil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, cut the chicken fillet into pieces (not too small) and pound them flat if necessary. Then season and sear on both sides. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Slice the mozzarella as well. Now top each piece of meat with some basil (1-2 leaves), a slice of tomato, and mozzarella and place in the oven (at 180°C). Leave it in until the mozzarella is well melted. As a side dish, prepare rösti (fried potatoes) as directed on the package. Serve the finished fillets and rösti with sour cream. Done! It’s super quick to prepare (about 30 minutes) and delicious!
