Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g margarine
  • 100 g quark
  • 3 eggs, boiled
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • some chives
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the eggs, onion, and chives, then mix well with the remaining ingredients. Serve on fresh bread, rolls, or whole-grain pastries, as desired.
