Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler and stir in. Stir in the sour cream and milk. Mix the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and add. Roll the milk chocolate pieces in a little flour and fold in. Divide the dough in half and bake two layers, one after the other, in a springform pan, for 20-30 minutes each at 180°C (fan oven). Allow to cool. For the filling, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Then stir 20 roughly chopped Oreos into the cream and spread on one of the two cake layers. Roughly crumble the second layer and lightly press it onto the cream until it is completely covered. Finally, decorate with Oreos, if desired.
