Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 1 small lemon(s)
  • 1 grapefruit(s), pink
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • e.g. agave syrup
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon and place it in a blender. Peel the grapefruit and place it in the blender, unfilled. Add the lemon juice and flesh, and the washed lettuce leaves. Then fill the blender with water up to the 1-liter mark and blend on high for 2 minutes. If that’s too acidic for you, add a little agave syrup and blend again briefly. Tip: I recommend saving some of this green smoothie and serving it as a sauce over pineapple chunks for dessert.
