  • 150 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 jar apricot jam
  • 200 g hazelnuts, sliced
  • Cake icing (chocolate)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cream 65g butter with 65g sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla sugar, and 1 egg until fluffy. Sift 150g flour over the mixture, mix with ½ tsp baking powder, and stir in. Place the dough on a greased baking sheet. Spread 1 jar of apricot jam on top. Briefly bring 100g butter, 100g sugar, and 1 tbsp vanilla sugar to a boil, then add the sliced ​​hazelnuts. Spread this mixture over the apricot jam and bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C. Cut into squares while still hot. Finally, dip the two pointed corners in chocolate glaze and let them dry on a baking tray.
