Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp creamed spinach (frozen)
- 1 shallot(s)
- some butter
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- Salt
- pepper
- some vegetable broth, low in salt
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with nutmeg and little salt (high blood pressure)
Melt the butter in a saucepan, peel the shallot and dice it into small pieces. Add it to the pan and fry until lightly browned. Add the spinach with a little water and let it thaw. Add the cream and shallots and season with pepper, salt, nutmeg, and vegetable stock. Heat the mixture and add a knob of butter.
