Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 zucchini, 35-40 cm long OR 8 small
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 600 g minced meat, half and half
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 m.-sized potatoes
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 package of processed cheese (200 or 250 g, cream or herbs)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some milk
  • 2 tsp, leveled vegetable broth (instant)
  • 500 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp, heaped tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic granules
  • Pizza seasoning
  • Parsley, dried

Cut the zucchini, bell peppers, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the garlic. Don’t chop the onions too finely. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until it’s nicely crumbly, then add the onions, garlic, and shortly after, the zucchini. Let everything sizzle briefly, then add the potatoes and the stock dissolved in water. Simmer for about 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Mix the sour cream with all the spices and the milk until it forms an almost liquid mixture. Stir in carefully. Then fold in the processed cheese. Season to taste and enjoy.
