Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat (half and half)
  • 4 gherkins (from the jar)
  • 2 apples
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g horseradish
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 can/n beans, green, fine

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Dice the gherkins and apples and mix with the other ingredients. Melt a little butter in a pan and add the mixture. Do not fry, but simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. Don’t forget to add salt! Side dishes: Serve the horse-drawn beef on a large platter in a ring of green beans, with potatoes on the side. Enjoy!
