Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g confectionery (Toffifee)
- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 200 g crème fraîche or sour cream
- 100 g sugar
- 4 tbsp dessert sauce (caramel sauce)
- Grease for the mold or paper baking cups

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven). Grease the cups of a 12-hole muffin tin or line them with baking cups. Melt the butter and combine the flour and baking powder. Roughly chop the Toffifee. Mix the eggs with the crème fraîche, sour cream, sugar, caramel sauce, and butter. Quickly stir in the flour mixture and stir in the chopped Toffifee. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tins. Bake the muffins on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes. Then remove from the oven, let cool briefly, and remove from the tin.
