Turkey breast with kiwi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 kiwis
  • 500 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil
  • ½ cup cream
  • 1 small jar of water
  • 500 g spaetzle
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Peel the kiwi. Heat the oil in a pan. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces, season, and fry in the pan with the garlic and onions. Add the water, cream, and finely chopped kiwi, and simmer until the kiwi is soft. Bring the water for the spaetzle and vegetable stock to a boil, then add the spaetzle and cook to your liking (soft or still firm to the bite). Arrange the noodles and kiwi-turkey sauce and serve. It’s also ideal for family gatherings or parties, as it can be prepared the day before and simply needs to be reheated on the day of.
