  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese
  • 6 olives
  • olive oil
  • Caraway, whole
  • Salt
  • Herbs (salad herbs)
  • sweetener

Refreshing spring salad

Wash the wild garlic and cut into strips, wash the cucumber and slice it thinly. Cut the feta cheese into approximately 1×1 cm cubes. Place everything in a bowl. Add caraway seeds, salt, salad herbs, sweetener, and olive oil to taste and mix thoroughly. The salad is perfect for a light spring meal with a slice of bread.
