Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with pressure cooker quick and super easy

I always use a pressure cooker. Put the beans in the pot. Add diced potatoes (depending on the amount you want—maybe half as many as the beans). Then slice the sausage and add it to the pot with the potatoes. Mix everything together. Then place the pears on top (pears can be omitted). Close the pressure cooker and heat until the first ring appears. Then turn it off, and when the ring goes back down, the meal is ready. Without a pressure cooker, it shouldn’t take very long, since only the diced potatoes need to cook and the sausage needs to release some fat. If you like, you can also add savory to the meal.
