Parmesan meatballs with sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 50 ml cream
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 250g spaghetti

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Clean and chop the vegetables and briefly fry them in a pan with oil. Pour in the vegetable stock, white wine, and cream, and season with salt and pepper if desired. Let it simmer for at least 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, mix the ground meat with the spices, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Form into small balls and simmer in the sauce for about 20 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked. Serve with fresh pasta and grated Parmesan cheese.
