Marble cake with zebra look

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour a springform pan. Beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Mix the flour with the sauce mix and the baking powder. Stir into the egg mixture alternately with the milk. The batter should not be too sticky. Add a little more milk if necessary. Divide the batter. Stir in the cocoa, rum and vanilla sugar into one half. Now put 2 tablespoons of dark batter in the middle of the springform pan, then 2 tablespoons of light batter directly on top and then 2 tablespoons of dark batter on top again. Continue in this way until all the batter is used up. Bake in the oven for approx. 50 minutes (use a skewer to test). Take the cake out of the oven, let stand for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool. Spread the white glaze on the now cooled cake and draw stripes with the chocolate.
