Pepper and tomato salad with grainy cream cheese dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large tomato(s)
  • 1 tbsp, heaped cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. sugar
  • n. B. herbs, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the bell peppers, halve, deseed, and slice. Wash the tomatoes, halve, remove the stem, and slice. Mix the cottage cheese with vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and herbs and season to taste. Mix the dressing with the bell peppers and tomatoes and serve the salad.
