Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 ½ tsp baking powder
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 175 g chocolate (chopped chocolate blocks)
- 1 egg(s)
- 125 g sour cream
- 180 ml milk
- 90 g butter, melted
- powdered sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Sift flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder into a bowl. Mix in the chocolate chips and sugar. Lightly beat the egg. Make a well in the flour mixture. Combine the egg, sour cream, milk, and melted butter and pour into the well. Briefly mix with a fork until dough forms. Grease the muffin tin with butter or oil. Pour the batter into the tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. Dust the cooled muffins with powdered sugar.
