Blood orange lassi with turmeric

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 blood oranges
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp, leveled turmeric
  • 1 tbsp blossom honey
  • 150 ml kefir, 1.5% fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve the blood oranges and squeeze the juice. Combine the juice and pulp in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Briefly blend with a hand blender until frothed. Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
